Orders are placed directly through our WhatsApp service. Our team is available daily from 08:00 to 24:00 WIB to assist you with product inquiries and order processing. Orders submitted outside these hours, on Sundays, or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
A service fee may apply depending on the total value of your order.
We only offer products listed on our website and do not accept custom item requests. If you require additional product photos, you may request them via WhatsApp. Please allow 1–2 days for processing, and we reserve the right to decline such requests.
Order confirmations will be provided after your order has been finalized through WhatsApp.
